Dr. We Care Hospital

The worse hospital in Hooghly district ever. they care only for money not for patients they are the biggest fraudster. they charge exorbitant money for the patient who was already at the verge of death they are the bloody suckers n I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.few days cost me 3 lakh n that too without being the patient getting treated n PG doctor has said this not any quack.your patient would have died 3-4 days before they were just making money Every hour they increase the bill. when they get the sense about the patient condition doctor has said I'll refer to any hospital he is stable please take your patient and transfer him. infact they make us signed the document that we've referred the patient but I'm not taking him and if anything happens the hospital is not responsible I mean seriously ... you people are just looting people's money the day before Yesterday I got a call that your patient has crashed we are taking under ventilation and the next morning they said he is stable he doesn't need ventilation Kolkata Pg doctor has clarified everything... I request you please don't go to this hospital if you want your patient in better condition.. for us doctors are treated as a god but here the whole management system including doctors are the biggest fraudsters.

I have admitted several family members on different occasions and till date I am satisfied with the services provided by the hospital. Situated at a sub-urban area, and keeping in view of several limitations, they are providing services with utmost diligence. However I have to point out 2 things to fetch the attention of the management. 1. Please install another elevator as the one provided is used in every respect even transportation of garbages too which is quite unhygienic. 2. The attendants always keeps asking for tips at the time of discharge of the patient. This must be redressed with utmost importance as the matter is very much annoying.

Clean place but staff behaviour is very bad as the ward staff doesn't even care about patient's health. The nurses doesn't follows the diet chart and gives wrong food. At morning, patient's doctor have told not to give tea but the nurses gave tea. Very bad experience except the place is very clean.

Place has good facilities. Staff behaviour is decent. Accommodation is good for patients. Prices are high, but claim passed easily. Went to admit my uncle for malaria treatment and I am satisfied with their service.

Worst Hospital ever , they are gold digger taking money in tha name of treatment . Patient condition worsen even after 7days nd they were just making money in the name of diagnosis i will never recommend this hospital to anyone after all life is precious

I was suffering from stomach ulcer 8 years ago when I was studying in class 7. I was admitted to many hospitals but not cured anywhere. Finally I was admitted to "We Care" Nursing home. I was fully recovered within 5 days of admission. The care of the nurses and the treatment of the doctors make this hospital worth its name. I can say it is one of the best hospitals.

I am writing this review after a year so that my initial annoyance gone and I can write a neutral review. Now first things first, I admitted my father-in-law there. Initially, everything looks good, the reception, Ward boys, nurses, etc. Clean premises, rooms and beds. After admission they gave a ID & password via sms which you can use to track the treatments, medicines and billing via a computer that located at reception. These are really appreciable. Now, let's talk about the cons. 1. The place is narrow I mean really narrow and the lift and staircase is totally opposite side,which is a big problem. 2. Only one reception stuff is capable and good behavior, so she was doing everything, others are just pretending. 3. Everyday nurses are quarreling with someone even sometimes with patients. And nurses are always loud as slam. 4. One day, out of curiosity I pulled out the bedside drawer to check the medicines. One nurse shouted in a way like I was stealing her things. She continuous screaming like a fish market. 5. After discharged, 5-6 ward boys came and asked for tips. I didn't recognised any of them help us even once. Very ill-mannered, put pressure for hefty amount. I try to give them 30, they refused and said bad words. Now I have few questions to the authority, why don't you arrange some basic training for your stuffs? Why don't you allow patient party to check medicines? Is there anything wrong? Don't you used legit medicines? If yes, than why your nurse shouted while I was check the medicine? Please don't copy paste your answer, as all of your staff member needs behavioral training, except one and you know very well who I am talking about.

My mother had an OT and the services were comfortable. The staff was very polite and understanding. She had a wonderful experience. I would most definitely recommend We Care Hospital to others and my other family members.
