The clinic is strategically located in Uttarpara attached to a medical store. The incharge of the store also overview the clinic, is a very humble person. We went with my son and the person politely allowed my son and the mother to sit on a bench right in front of the shop as the clinic was bit crowded. He himself said that a kid is there with you so don't go in the public and sit here. Appreciate his sensitivity. Although we used the service of ENT here, many specialist doctors vist here like Ortho, Cardiologist, Urologist, Neurologist and so on.
