Dr. Somsubhro is the worst. The said psychiatrist doesn't listen properly and doesn't diagnose properly. Once we try to clear our doubts by asking questions, he single handedly shouts and blows off the point. The medicines that he gave are not justifiable. He didn't even explain his diagnosis properly and the clinic's service is very haphazard. All the staff is very rude and inconsiderate.

Too costly and does not know about the reliability of the test done here. For my wife I have done single blood test related to pregnancy for RS 700.

One of worst polyclinic in our locality. They provided fake reports. Have no idea who to treat a patients. Don't go there. I have a very bad experience.

I have done My father's blood test from here, the reports were completely misguiding and ambiguous against the medical conditions of father and the attending doctor got confused and advised retest. I have done retests from other reliable test centre and the reports differed completely and matched with patient's medical conditions. I lost money getting tested here and precious time for treatment. Completely dissatisfied with this lab.

Doubtful reports, irresponsible staff..What else do you need more?trusted the lab,but going by my own experience and reviews(which I should hv checked before going there),never going to visit again.

The recent experience is not good for mine. Their Staffs keep insisting to do all prescribed diagnostic tests from their lab only. They even said that they will not allow to show reports to doctor if it is done from any other lab. My dad faced this experience today by their lab staff.They basically kept forcing my dad to pay advance payment and book prescribed blood test(i.e. Even if patient is not interested).I would like to inform MN chatterjee pathlab, it is absolutely personal decision of the patient regarding choice of lab. If I wish to test from any other NABL certified lab(Govt. registered lab) as per my convenience,why it is not allowed? Please clarify. Expecting little bit more professionalism from their staff. I am really curious to know based on which policy they are informing patients that they will not accept test reports from any other register pathlab for reporting purpose to doctor. Please let me know. There are 'n' number of pathlabs,diagnostic centers are available uttarpara and greater Kolkata. And trust me, no one behave like that. If you guys have faith in your service,patient party will automatically choice your lab. Try to gain trust by providing quality service.If such type of unprofessional behavior is not rectified, no patient will take service from your lab & will not recommend for sure. Hope you guys will work on that. Please remember, first impression matters a lot!

I went to this lab on 24.12.21 for pp blood testing at 4.05pm and reported around 3.54pm.and informed accordingly followed by issuance of cash receipt at 3.58pm.on payment of 70. Around 4.03 pm I had to remind your staff who was sitting next to me, to start the process of blood taking. By the time he started to find my vein it was 4.06 pm. and due to this careless and unprofessional approach of the staff on duty, I left lab immediately without giving blood, leaving the cash receipt there. Since then I tried to contact over phone and mailed twice asking only one question i.e. whether the said 70 will be forfeited or refunded as per organisation rule but without any response till date from the Management of this lab. Though I and my family members are doing different tests from here since Jan.'20 atleast on 6 occasions, but never experienced such deplorable approach both from technical staff and administrative authority as well.

The staffs are absolutely rude. They don't know how to behave with patients. I have asthma and I was suffocating there with no proper ventilation so I asked the lady to give me a call before my number comes, I said I would be waiting outside the gate so that I can breathe the fresh air and suffocate less. She just rudely said No. The benches were full so she asked me to sit in a place with no fan so I said I would stand near the gate. For god's sake, learn basic humanity first.
