I had dealing with my acne scars problem for many years and finally decided to go for laser treatment at skin world ( Siliguri ) And I'm so glad I did that. My laser treatment experience here is excellent--comfortable, effective, and handled with great care. my treatment is still ongoing and I've already seen an effective change in my face. Dr. Anisha Najeeb ma'am is so professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the process. The staff were also very friendly and supportive , their behaviour is really good - always polite and helpfull.make me feel really comfortable during my visits. The clinic itself is very well-equipped, offering many more facilities and services beyond just laser treatment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care in a welcoming environment.

My treatment was very smooth, Painless, and very comfortable. I can see good results after 3 sessions, and yet to take more. Overall the experience was good.. The scars are getting better & i am getting more confident.. Moreover she doesn't suggest unnecessary treatments & medicines.. thats the best part.

The doctor primarily prescribes steroid-based medications. She prescribed three ointments to me, two of which contain steroids. It is highly advisable to review the composition of any prescribed medication before use. As for the effectiveness of her treatment, I consulted her for three specific issues. Except for one, her treatments proved ineffective, resulting in a waste of both time and money. Among which one particular issue still persists, despite her recommendation for laser treatment on the very first visit, following initial medication. Patients are required to purchase medicines from the pharmacy located inside her chamber. Once purchased, these medicines are neither returnable nor exchangeable, which makes it necessary to be especially cautious during your visit. I cannot comment on her skills in surgical procedures, as I did not opt for those services due to their high cost.

I highly recommend skin world clinic, the doctor is highly experienced focuses on root problem and cure with topnotch procedure, the staffs are really good and kind with helpful nature . I personally have took many procedure because of the result is really mind blowing . People with concern skin issues can consult without hesitation . Not Happy with the Treatment I went to this clinic for acne marks and dark spots and got a chemical peel. I had clearly explained all my concerns in the beginning, but the doctor did what she wanted without considering my specific needs. When I didn't see results and followed up, she just repeated the process vaguely instead of offering any real help. Disappointed with the lack of care and professionalism. Wouldn't recommend.

The doctor is AMAZING. She's very professional, generous, and kind. I'm currently getting CO2 laser and GFC treatment done at her clinic for stubborn acne scars.
