Good place for a Doctor visit. But they are always short stocked on medicines. Most of the time I cant find the medicines I need always out of stock. Even orthopedic belts and items are out of stock most of the time.

They do not expect online payment. Only cash, why so? And there is no sign for this, after waiting hours you dont get to visit the doctor, because of only cash policy. Dr Kaustav Bhowmick, Please look into this.

Very bad experience. There is no parking space. The servant outside behaved very badly.

After waiting for 2 hrs they say no QR payment.

Change your receptionists. They dont know how to behave and further she would even cut the call intentionally when you call in to have a quary for doctor availability.

This hospital does not have their parking area .Staff of Hospital will tell you either park on road or they would say they don't know where would you park your vehicle.

Worst management especially the receptionist lady. Delivered wrong information and skipped my patient's booking slot and put someone else's name on it. Not reachable phone line,even if the call connects,we naturally asked some questions but we had to tolerate her attitude and misbehaviour. After seeing the past reviews,I don't know how this lady even being allowed to work in medimall? What's the deal? She really needs to learn some manners! Horrible experience
