Worst experience in Kalawati with two receptionist on board..these women have attitudes like they have a PhD in almost everything but zero mannerism and hospitality.awful communication..shouting all the time and a m nswering patients like we owe a debt to them.seriously the doctor who earn in lakhs is humble and grounded yet these ones who barely earn a hand to mouth are the ones who act like they own the hospital.inquiry with them is a fight almost everyone encounters.and receptionist auntee haru if you are reading this control your attitude someday someone will slap you so hard in reciprocation of your indecency..no single person is the same.you are working there for a salary(for attitude of that kind you need to be a doctor not a receptionist)and if no patients come to Kalawati the authority will kick you out.control yourself.

Very good staff behavior. . gives only those medicine which are prescribed. .give the full details about medicine taking time.
