Great service by Miss Sujata as she was so polite and her hospitality was one of a kind at sample collection (Blood collection dept)

Good things 1. Good infrastructure 2. Good service for patients by the nurse.( Patients will feel that he is getting good service by the staff.) 3. Corporate atmosphere. Bad things... 1. They make unnecessary delay for any clinical test for the patient.( Admitted) 2. Excessive amount of bill charges. 3. The doctors get all the attention not the patient. Overall You can go for neotia if you have a good health insurance. Or. Your are rich . Or you just want to feel your patient that you are trying to do something for him. #### remember most of the famous doctors of this nursing home is available in other nursing home of this town. Where you can get the same service cheaper.

Pls pls pls don't ever try to go this place. They are doing only business, to pull the money, hospital staffs nursing and doctors are fake, before you go check the review and go. I have never seen this kind of place in siliguri, you know-when I admitted my sister last 27th April in emergency room, they are nothing doing anything till 6pm ,I was shocked. Then I say something all the doctor's and nursing (staffs) are making issues and giving Gale.this is the way to speak to patients or customer??? I'm not happy at all Bad experience.... Pls improve ur service)-

My personal experience in emergency department Neotia hospital. Quick and fast response hospital staff specially nursing staff. And First pority patient treatment and after billing process.

Really the worst place!!! At times of emergency please don't bring your patients here...keep them at your home, atleast they would die a better death with their loved ones instead of here infront of the illiterate doctors in the emergency sector... Their emergency number is also fake and does not work at all!!
