He is calm and good in talking,but not having that great knowledge of is proffesion as Neuro surgeon Doctor. As a doctor he is not able to give you the right advise if any thing wrong goes from his side or any problems seen in the reports. Even after checking the reports,He is not able to give you any proper advice nor any explanation and keeps on miss leading patient family members. Any how something goes wrong during the surgery done by him, he will first not let you know and neither he will give you any good sussestion so that patient party can take any further decision. If he not able to handle patient,that should be mentioned at the right time to the patient party or else other's will also lose their closed one's as we had. Very much disappointed with the treatment of doctor and also with the management of (Neotia Getwell hospital) Siliguri.

Worst Doctor ever you will meet in your entire life. If you want your patient to not get well at all go to this doctor. All the reviews 5 stars are fake. My father was taken to him for spine fracture for which he underwent surgery under Dr. Navneet Kumar Singh. Post the operation my father was not getting well after 2 weeks also when the stitches were open. He said everything is fine and he will recover with physiotherapy after seeing MRI. Now after 1 month more(1.5 months after surgery) my father is still in pain and not recovery. On consultation again, the doctor said everything is fine and no need worry after seeing XRay. Now we consultanted doctor at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore where the doctor saw the same xray and said that the patient implant is loose, nerver compression is there and the whole area is infected and filled with pus. Now we have to go for resurgery again as the case has become complicated. Because the nerver compression is not relieved and is pressed for 2 months, the recovery rate for the limbs is less than 10%. This is what the doctor has fixed for my father. Making him bedridden and losing the use of his legs. He does not know how to see an XRay also. He does not care if patient is in pain or having problem. He will only think of himself and protect his reputation. Never visit this doctor even for consultation. Zero ratings. Please do not consult if you want patient recovery.

Worst management. Rough behavior of attendant. No proper timing of doctor.

Very unhelpful as he couldn't provide a clear diagnosis, didn't bother to investigate further, negated all the prominent symptoms reported by the patient. Made unnecessary comments beyond his areas of expertise, which is very limited in fact. It was an extremely invalidating and dissatisfactory experience for the patient. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Worst doctor with incorrect diagnosis. He was about to make my patient paralyzed. Absolutely 0 professionalism with no visit . He only said my father spinal fracture as muscle pain.

I, Bidish Roy, took my mother to him who had a cerebral attack 3 weeks ago but unfortunately not satisfied with the doctor's treatment. Because he prescribed such an irrelevant drug which he himself said that it's not necessary for the patient anymore. Moreover, there's no contact number of the doctor on the prescription which is quite embarrassing. So, how could l take a suggestion if l need? I'm not a resident of Siliguri.

I Saurav jain took my father at niotia to see him but dat was Very bad experience i almost spent 4 to 5 lakh as doctor said me to do the cervical operation and after doing tha operation my father situation goes worst n after 4 mnths I lost him.I wil not suggest this doctor to anyone.
