Dr. Balaji Healthcare

I am personally here in Balaji Healthcare for my relatives doctor consultation & few tests. I am really amazed to see how nicely the clinic is working. All staffs are so kind & helpful. My patient was unable to walk properly which was noticed by the staff and without us asking they brought us a wheelchair. Reception staff explained & guided us so nicely. In todays scenario Balaji Healthcare really stands apart with such good service. Another important thing is we got to consult 3 specialist doctors within 1 hour, which I don't think is possible anywhere in Siliguri. I highly appreciate & recommend this place. Please keep up the good work.

Doctors do their job. It's the same every where but the tall guy named Ujjwal was not only very patient but also very polite. And I must not forget to mention the two ladies in the front desk manning the Report dispatch and the billing counter were very nice too. These 5 stars are awarded to them. Balaji healthcare management shout feel proud of them.

We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Pratik Agarwal at Balaji Hospital. The doctor asked us to get an X-ray done immediately, and left before even checking the X-ray report. When the sister called him he said he forgot and that the sister should have informed him. It felt unprofessional and careless. This kind of experience is disheartening, especially at a healthcare facility. We sincerely hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously, ensures that they have doctors who are professional, attentive, and patient in their approach.

The hospital is well managed with quality staff. All the tests and checkups were well coordinated. I am very happy with the hospitality, caring staff. Doctors are also amazing as per my health and lastly a big thanks to sister Kanchan who always ready to assist.

I'm trying to reach you since yesterday but they don't even pick up the phone We are from alipurduar and we need to confirm if doctor is available or not I've been trying to reach You since yesterday morning but no one responses and even don't call back We need confirmation before we come please don't do this

Worst worst worst diagnostic centre. I had done my HSG test conducted by Dr Hafizur Rehman and it was traumatizing and painful. They made wrong diagnosis. I suffered a lot both physically and emotionally. He asked me go for laparoscopy based on wrong diagnosis. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

Pathetic Hospitality, the staffs in the hospital are so unprofessional they mis guide the patients no matter how severe the problem is! The management here is just low grade.
