In 21st century, even 4 years after demonetisation they ask for cash, make sure to visit an ATM before you come to this place. I don't get the love for cash people have in India

I would like to rate 10 out of 5, but it isn't possible. All staffs are very polite & helpful, they're really taking good care of their patients. Everything about this clinic is very good like response, cleanliness, treatment, behaviour and so on. Highly Recommended! Thank You all for providing such facilities to us.

I had gone to take my first dose of vaccine, I had no idea about the registration process, but when I reached Apollo clinic the staff helped me out with the entire registration process, got me vaccinated and guess what, they also handed me with the printout of the vaccinated certificate. The clinic was so clean and hygienic. I had an amazing experience. I would like to thank all the team of the clinic for such support.

By far the worst experience of my life. Let me give you the insight of my experience on this horrible clinic. My appointment given by the receptionist for the checkup was at 2 pm. Went there at 1 and paid the consultation fee of 1000 bucks which was my first mistake. It was already 2 pass 30, nothing new for a doctor to be late its india after all. I was getting lil uneasy as I had to get back to Jaigoan and the last cab which leaves from siliguri to Jaigoan is 4. As I checked with the receptionist, she told me the doctor is on his way since it was already 3. I had made up my mind to cancel my appointment this time and would come next week with more time in my hand. I asked for the return of my consultation fee to the receptionist and she just persude me to wait a lil longer as the doctor is "on his way". The dialogue between her and me went for about 1 hour. It was getting really late and I had to catch a local cab. The doctor never came and out of frustration I started raising my voice to the receptionist who kept on going with the same story that the doctor is on his way for the last 2 hours. I told her to return my cash numerous time. She gets a call from her boss on a landline and escorted me to his back office. That money hungry mf owner was watching the whole thing from his TV. I demanded my cash back to him and he felt lil intimated cuz I was gonna break this creepy mf's teeth. He reluctantly gave my 1000 back. Will never step foot on this money hungry clinic again and will advice all my relatives, friends and family to just avoid this clinic and go to any other clinic.

Human Rights Association of India is very greatful towards Apollo Clinic for jointly organizing vaccination camps at various Districts and helping us provide vaccines to the poor and needy. Indeed it was a selfless act towards the society. A very well trained and disciplined team with great management skills. We hope to work together in future again. I came here for 2nd dose vaccination and its the safe and proper place for vaccination. The dose cost 750 rs and no online payment service available. So make sure u get the cash ready while visiting. Overall its a clean and nice place .

This clinic gives you an appointment at 1:30pm but the doctor always shows up hours late. Timings given inside the Clinic for the doctor is not correct. They don't have enough chairs for patients to sit. They have toilets outside which is disgusting and dirty. Don't ever go to this clinic if you value your time. Horrible service.
