Dr. Anandaloke Sonoscan Centre

The medical services may be good but the centre is very badly maintained. Most of the staff were good and helpful. I have no complaints about the staff behaviour, i don't know how they are with everyone but they were good to me and my family. Main problems: 1. Zero parking space: (but the guard was helpful and he squeezed us a parking space on the street) however, there is no convenient parking space for the center/hospital. I strongly suggest that the hospital invest in building a parking lot. 2. Basic hygiene: the toilets are disgusting. Toilet seat broken, the tiles have all turned a filthy yellow due of lack of cleaning, the water is leaking and they don't have something as basic as soap in the toilet. Hospital is the last place on earth with such terrible hygiene. 3. They also tend to use and insert the same pipes on different patients during various tests. This is extremely neglected. And the overall comfort and hygiene in and around the center could use a lot of improvement.

Today have called Anandalok for some query regarding test prescribed by Doctor.My call was attended by Ms Piyali Biswas.She asked me to share the copy of prescription.Within two to three minutes she reverted with details of charges and other formalities. Ms Piyali was very sincere,polite and has good knowledge of her work,she explained me every thing in details.I am very happy with the service provided.I wish every success in her life. I had a truly positive experience at Anandloke Diagnostic centre & would highly recommend it to anyone seeking accurate and professional medical testing. From the moment I entered,the environment was clean,well organised & most important welcoming.The staff and operation manager specifically Sumi Ghosh ji were so good,courteous,patient and efficient in guiding me through the entire process. They combines professionalism,efficiency and genuine care.I appreciate their commitment to patient well being and look forward to rely on them for any future diagnostic needs. Thank you !

Horrible behaviour. The employee was probably named Sumi Ghosh in the reception area, spoke to me in a horrible derogatory way when I asked her a simple question. The institution should give behavorial training to people like them. Will never be coming back.

My experience in this sonoscan was ok type for echo. But the problem here is that you need to waste lot of time they told your test will be completed by 12 pm somewhere. But i don't think they will do the work quickly as it already 1 pm right now. And don't know where's the doctor. Doctor arrives at around 12.45 pm. Still no way

Some staffs are good but some needs training. They don't know how to speak with customers. Without patient money, your hospital facility will stop. It's "give and take". We give money , you provide better service. Second, washrooms are not cleaner comparing to other old leading hospitals. Need huge improvements in cleanliness. Hope, customer feedback is taken seriously.

Anandaloke sonoscan is Best diagnostic centre among all centre in North Bengal. There service, helpful stuff specially both lady managers behaviour awesome. I advise to all plz come and doing your test here,and take Best reports.
