This center has an empathetic, humble and understanding staff at the reception and also the technicians and provides all necessary assistance with regards to the testing. It has state of the art equipments and thus delivers the reports on time. The charges are nominal and hence it caters to the people of all classes. I hope that these kind of centre's should come up more in our city to provide public health care services with a noble cause. I wish them good luck for the future and well being of their doctors and staffs.

The staff is extremely polite, professional and gives 100% attention specially the center incharge lady (Priyanka). She is soft spoken and understanding. From sampling till results utmost care is given. Good experience at this diagnostic center. The charges are extremely reasonable when compared to other centers.

Very reasonable rate and neat and clean. Staff behavior is also mostly polite, with the exception of the Xray staff. The Xray boy is totally unskilled. Please employ someone better immediately or close your Xray ward.

The employee is not polite at all. Doesn't behave politely with the customer. All of them need training.
