The treatment is very bad my uncle admins as a patient of kidney stones then they do bad treatment which causes infection in the entire body then we come to fortis hospital in Kolkata.and Astha takes a lot of money compared to fortis hospital In fortis hospital the money needs less and good treatment good staff

I would rate zero unfortunately their is no option .. Yesterday I visited to meet dr.sanjeet prakash and the experience was very bad .They just kept me waiting for 3.5 hrs as the staff did not least bothered to ask the doctor whether he is available or not. I was waiting for him since 3:30 pm and the appointment time was 4 pm . Kindly value others time .

I Deepa lama kidney patient under the care of Doctor Vivek was admitted in Astha Hospital on 17 March . Doctor Vivek gave me very well treatment and advice regarding my disease that only after 3rd dialysis I came to a good form ..I really thank him.. The other staff and non staff members are very nice and soft spoken ..I also thanks them ..overall it's a very nice and Hygienic hospital ..

Nice Hospital and their staff was also nice and helpful, Hospital's environment was also very good and Specially thanks to Dr Santunu Roy Sir (Surgeon) who is the very good doctor I have ever seen. He treated my father very very well and his behaviour was very beautiful..

This hospital has no physicain as the front desk staff said , the receptionist where unbothered about us ,they were busy talking bout there personal stuff and making us wait to even attend in the first hand ,they didn't even wanted to know my queries for visit and neither trued to solve it ...even m a medical staff i know how hospital system works ,they have busy schedule hectic rush but as per a front desk worker i could clearly see three staffs with no visitors just me and my mom , atleast they could ask us bout our visit but no . Worst hospital ever ,instead go to medical college a little ahead from this trash hospital . Kindly learn manners or give behavioural training to the front desk workers.

provide specific examples of behavior or performance that needs improvement.. charges are so high ... behaviour of guard are so much cheap...even facility should be there charges k hisaab se....

Best Hospital in Siliguri best treatment. Staff Nurse Also Provide Good Service & Management are Specially Excellent Services . Very Very Well & All Staffs Behavior was Very Beautiful.
