Dr. Remedy clinics

Good service! Visited Dr. Timsina for my 4-year-old's skin consultation while my 8-year-old had a high fever. Despite an initial 2-hour wait, the staff kindly prioritized us due to the situation. Dr. Timsina is excellent--he made my child comfortable, and the visit went smoothly. Highly recommended!

I recently received medical services at remedy clinic and I am very pleased with my experience. The staff was professional and compassionate, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which further contributed to my positive experience. Overall, I appreciate the high level of care I received and would highly recommend others seeking medical assistance.

The place don't have a lift and not even people to guide the patient... they will jus ask for money without even helping with anything... make u wait for hours even when the patient is really serious. The doctor can't get down even when they don't have staffs to take the patient up... service is really terrible and people are useless. Hilarious experience. The place should be sued. The behaviour of the receptionist and staffs is terrible as if they are treating u for free... I think u will get far better services in a gov hospital than here.

Remedy clinic is very good for all the patients. We are visiting this clinic since 4 years back .All the staffs are very cooperative n help in all ascepts. Doctors especially are such good to every Patients with their help, love n support each patients are feeling good regarding their health. Thanks to everyone. Remedy clinic is the best clinic I have ever visit rather than other clinic.

Horrible clinic the management is worst The talking way of receptionist is horrible They call me for U.S.G at 5:00 PM when we went that clinic they told us to wait till 6:00 PM Till 5:00 PM i have not ate any thing and then thye told us to wait for more 1 hour

The worst polyclinic I have ever visited. I went to visit Dr.Goley who was amazing but the management and staff's are the worst. First they didn't enroll the name (though we called them 2 days ago and ensure that the name must be enrolled), we asked few times they literally behaves in such a manner like that is beyond imagination it was so rude. After then almost 10 times they said your name is not here you have to wait. It will take time but later we discovered all those Nepali Staff's were taking extra money to shuffle the file and patience name. We had even an argument as they were cutting the line with some other patient. We waited from 3-9 p.m for that appointment . So yes this clinic is the worst..it must be given - 100.

The worst ever experience.. The staff of this clinic are very much annoying, the don't have any manners.. There is no numbering of patients.. Enormous patients are going whenever they came.. With their contact (so called) .. If you want to visit the dr.. Please visit another hospital or clinic

The staff will make you wait for an hour or two before your appointment, The behaviour of the staff is unprofessional. I will not recommend any person this diagnostic clinic
