I had a very disappointing experience at NMB Diagnostic. We visited a doctor in their OPD, and the next day a female staff member behaved in a highly unprofessional and rude manner. She questioned us aggressively about why we got our prescribed blood tests done from another lab, insisting that all tests must be done through them -- which, frankly, is not acceptable or ethical behavior. What's worse, they don't have fixed prices for their tests. After we got our tests done elsewhere, the staff member claimed the prices they had quoted previously were already discounted, and that they could have offered a better deal had we asked. This clearly shows a lack of transparency and suggests they charge different rates to different people. Overall, this kind of unethical and inconsistent practice is not something I'd expect from a healthcare facility. Management should seriously look into such behavior and pricing practices to ensure fairness and professionalism.

This is my 3rd time here. The reception staff is very good and their behavior. The whole place is very clean.

Worst diagnostic center with arrogant staff, they come up new rules every time, I would highly recommend not to go here however these reviews does not matter them at all.

NMB serampore doctor denied for TVS examination after giving appointment. They are so irresponsible, just 1 hour back we called to know the doctor status but they said doctor is denying for the test and recommend to perform the test with Suraksha since they have good follow up protocols there. We took appointment 2 days back. Really pathetic behaviour.

Please don't visit here if you really care of your health and your family members health. Doctors seems very casual and had lack of knowledge. I have planned for TVS test for my wife and NMB doctor is suggesting us to go to Suraksha clinic after giving us the appoitment and all. Asking for the reason and they said it will be easier for us to do better follow ups with Suraksha staff. Not sure then why NMB is wasting their time and customer time by manupulating them.

It's a very pathetic experience, I submitted my prescription for USG on dated 15th Nov ( need to done by 20 to 25) and today is 21st not yet received any update till date. while calling many times for update they told update you shortly. humble request to management please look over the matter with top priority. I don't want to complaint regarding this but it was full frustrated.

Its a renowned diagnostic centre, however, nowadays services have deteriorated to a large extent. I had called over phone for booking of USG of whole abdomen for a particular date. I was asked to send the doctor's prescription through WhatsApp. I did it immediately, however thereafter nobody from the centre responded. Again I talked to them over phone and they assured to confirm it in the night and I was asked to wait. Unfortunately no one responded and gave importance to the request that is a medical need.

Worst experience. Took 4 attempts for some blood test. The receptionists appear to be adding new instructions every time. Finnally got it done from Suraksha. The most unprofessional experience of my life. Dealing with such....
