I booked a doctor's appointment over the phone, specifically asking for a kidney doctor. They gave me the appointment, but after meeting the doctor, I found out he was a gastroenterologist. I trusted they wouldn't make a mistake, but now I realize the person I spoke with didn't get it right. Also, the doctor was extremely late, didn't value the patients, and only accepted cash, not online payments. Please avoid booking appointments online; they may not understand your needs properly.

The worst experience, I had. Usually doctors are not available, if you are lucky , you will be able to consult with the doctor but you have to wait atleast 2 hours , if you reach on the scheduled time . They even don't have idea if doctor will come or not . Simply harassing the patient with a hope if the doctor will come . Even they don't care the customer's review, so that they can provide better service,just check the review and then only visit .

I had a disappointing experience at Lakhotia Risha Medical Centre due to significant delays in appointment timings. Despite scheduling an appointment, I, along with other patients, was kept waiting for over two hours, which indicates a lack of proper time management and system inefficiencies. The doctors here consistently arrive late, which disrupts the entire schedule and shows a disregard for patients' time. This center needs to improve its organizational practices and respect the appointed times to ensure better patient care."

Very poor experience,right now i am in sitting inside for ultrasound my blader is full of urine and doctor is not coming I has been 2 hours I am waiting and suffering Not suggested, going to rishta matrisadan..

1. Environment is not good for patients. There is a lack of ventilation where patients have to wait for their number to come. 2. They ask patients to come 1 hour early. Doctor never comes on time. 3. Cost of all the tests are over priced. 4. If you stay there for more then 30 minutes, you will need a doctor as well.

As most of the people have mentioned that staffs are not at all professional and receptionists are good for nothing. They waste your time in their best way and you will literally fed up and feel frustrated. Even doctors never come on time. Staffs don't know how to behave properly. Management should properly hire and train staff in order to improve the centre.

Too bad, Useless. Dr so busy to go another place,miss guide, they know only money, just divert the case, problem not solve. Just money money money & harassment. No one helpful, even liar. Problem not solve. Waste of time and money.sorry its not dr, She is technician.
