Good Doctor but Staff behaviour is so bad.The staff consider themselves doctors and behave very rudely with every patient. The staff who is responsible for writing the names takes money from the patients and writes the names on his personal number. Due to this, the common people have to suffer. I bring this matter to your attention, Doctor Babu and the hospital authorities, so that this long-standing problem is resolved.

Doctor is very good excellent behavior soo much politely but all stuff are too much rude they Don't have any manner how to talk with patients even if u want to appointment they don't give I suggest dr.debashish sir change his stuff

Worst Assistant I ever seen..They think they are above the doctor..worst experience..Dr. Bhattacharya if you see this comment please through out those guy asasp.because they are just going to your name or review bad.. peoples don't know those guys name they know your name just throughout this guys..they don't know how to talk..they are also take money for for breaking serial number or take new name as they blank 6-8 people name who give them money they took his name in this blank part..

It doesn't deserve the 1 star i gave because, The worst exp ever, doctor is good but his staff the worst i have ever seen and the appointment facility is the worst of all time bc they have given time between 9-10am and I am trying to get his appointment for 3 days and today I am exhausted bc they just picked the call I said hello and she also said hello then just cut the call . I know that the doctors behaviour is good but his staffs makes him unrecommendable. All I want to say is existed patient and new patient should have their own appointment facility

Very bad experience with staff and appointment. Will not recommend any one to try for appointment. 9-10am line is always busy. And when you get it staff will ask you call another time / Dr is not there / Call again all these stupid excuse.

Doctor is very good... But staff are very rude and unprofessional... they have no manners to talk with any patient...and appointment procedure also very bad ...

Worst service ever by a Doctor at Raniganj. The staffs are very disgraceful. This doctor takes appointment only over phone and the timings are 10-10.30. I was trying to get an appointment by calling them for last 4 days just by dailing his number more than 100 times each day. My wife is pregnant and continuing her treatment under his guidance. But unable to get an appointment. There should be seperate appointment facilities for an existing patient and a new patient. I told the appointment staff that the medicine given by this doctor has exhausted and need a new appointment but the staff said rudely that" The same medicine will continue, and if you want to change the doctor, then you can". Is this the way to deal with patients?? Highly un recommended.
