Very nice hospital ..... my all family is attached with this Nursing Home since 3 years .....me and my family also done here lots of operation....my wife given a birth in this hospital..... ladies staff and nurse are so good to say .... but some security and gents staff may be maintainable
I had a truly exceptional experience at Manorama Hospitex and Ultrascan Pvt. Ltd. Many many thanks to all general and management staff members and Director of Manorama Hospitex and Ultrascan Pvt. Ltd. I am grateful to General Surgeon Dr. Ashraf Azam and Anaesthetist Dr. Nilotpal Sikdar. Their behaviour and confidance level of work assured me so much. Their clear communication and compassionate approach made a significant difference. I am a cardiac patient with already 1 stent installed. I usually take 8 medicines per day like METOCARD XL 50, ECOSPRIN AV 75/40 etc. So, I have been afraid of the situation when I discovered I have gallstones which is to operate as early as possible. As per Cardiologist's opinion I did Echocardiography and TMT. Unfortunately my TMT report became Positive. I took total 4 Cardiologist's opinion to confirm whether the operation is safe to me or not. Everybody told me that it is a High-risk operation, whereas Dr. Ashraf Azam and Dr. Nilotpal Sikdar 100% assured me about success. Their performance was outstanding, and I recovered quickly, within 24 hours of microsurgery. Manorama Hospitex is truly the best private hospital in Nadia District. The doctors and staff's behavior, service, and care pleased me immensely. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality medical attention.
Everything is fine what I realize, but discharge process is too slow. Our patient discharge process started at 12 pm and the process completed on 7:30 pm(No Mediclaim, Only cash). So my kind request to the management kindly value the patient party time.

Today, I visited Manorama Hospital with my mother due to a medical emergency. Just 15 minutes prior, we had been to another hospital, where several tests had already been conducted. We brought all the test reports and documents with us and handed them over to the staff at Manorama. Within just 30 minutes of arriving, some doses were administered to my mother. However, she continued to feel unwell, which is why we rushed to this second facility. After reviewing the documents, the hospital repeated the same tests. While I understand that repeating tests can sometimes be necessary, what troubled me deeply was their next suggestion. For a case of acidity, the doctor insisted that a CT brain scan was required. I asked the doctor why a CT brain scan was necessary for acidity, expecting a reasonable medical explanation. However, the response I received was: "Because I said so." When I politely asked again for clarification about the connection between acidity and the need for a CT brain scan, the doctor refused to explain and was visibly unwilling to engage in any discussion. I was shocked. I then referred to a board displayed in the hospital that clearly mentioned patients' rights--including the right to ask questions and seek clarity. Despite this, my right to information was denied. Frankly, I am confused and disappointed. I live in a democratic country, and I believe it is my right to know what is being done to my mother and why. The refusal to explain the need for an expensive test raises serious concerns. I genuinely felt that the hospital was more interested in making money than in providing appropriate care or clear communication.
