A new multistorey building, the Superspeciality hospital, added to Jangipur SD Hospital. But basically it is a building addition to the existing old building & functions as part of the SD hospital. The building is good & reasonably clean till date - hope it will remain so in future and services will improve. It houses mainly the Gynae & Obst. Dept. & providing better accomodation for mothers.

Worst experience. When I was injured in an accident we reached there on the night. The doctor was so rude and also the nurse was careless. My auntie's hand was broken but the doctor checked her very carelessly. They have a fear of covid so they didn't allow patients near them. Also, the doctor was rubbing hard on my cut area. When I told him, please don't rub my cut he spoke to me in a loud and rude voice. They have no sense of care and how to treat a patient. They have only a degree, not a sense and manner. Completely mannerless. The worst behaviour of doctors and nurses I have ever seen.
