Dr. Netaji Sebayan Hospital

recently visited Netaji Sebayan Hispital and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hospital is clean, well-maintained.The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to patients' needs.

Worst Hospital ever visited. Our patient got admitted with respiratory distress in ICU and she was in that for 15 days. On returning home, we found that she has developed cellulitis all over her arms and legs because the nurses didn't know how to insert channels for intravenous medicines and drips. She has also not recovered from her respiratory distress and has to be admitted in a different hospital. Their charges are at par with all other hospitals but service is poor with dirty linens, toilets and ill trained nurses and care-givers.

Wrost Nursing Home.Infrustucture Zero. Staffs are unskilled. They just run the nursing home for Buissness purpose. No Doctor available in Emergency even Ward. They record false bill also. Don't come to this hospital if you want your family members security.

Doctor Anindam Saha is surely a superb doctor in his medication,treatment and positive spirit,but the untrained team of icu staff need to be more skilled and upgraded..the nurse team is hospitable..infections can surely be controlled in this way.

Worst Hospital ever....The doctors just use their OT after taking money from the patient s otherwise it's just a slaughter house for people. Hardly 1 or 2 patients are there.

Overall the situation of the hospital is not very well. First of all the hospital is running with only one doctor. You can find the list of doctors are given outside the hospital board but when there is emergency only one senior doctor is working and each and every kind of patients are getting admitted under his supervision. Secondly, they don't have diagnostic facilities like endoscopy or USG under one roof. The hospital is outsourcing all the facilities. Finally the attendants, omg, they are horrible, specially the night staff. However the hospital is charging money as if it is grade one nursing home. Without giving proper facilities they are looting from people.

Poor service and the atmosphere is very bad. Nurses are not well trained and the condition of patients taken care, just horrible especially for night shift. I suggest them to try to improve these things, because these are very small things to improvement but these are very effective. Thanks.
