Dr. DIAGOPATH Doctor's Chamber

Today is the first time I have come here with my wife for a check-up with Dr. Supratim Ganguly. The appointment was scheduled for 8 PM, and it is now 9:15 PM. Patients are waiting, but there are no updates. Meanwhile, the attitude of the guy sitting at the cash counter is as if he is the owner himself. An elderly person asked when the doctor would arrive, and that guy rudely replied, "I already told you once, maybe you didn't hear." With such an attitude, patients will stop coming here. This level of casualness is unacceptable. There is no fault of the doctor in this. But if the doctor is coming at a later time, why don't you call the patients accordingly instead of making them wait unnecessarily? It was my mistake to come here today. This is my first and last time. I will neither return nor recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Arijit Chowdhury. His diagnosis was unclear, and his medical instructions were vague, making it difficult to understand the treatment plan. Despite prescribing a strong painkiller, he didn't even recommend an antacid, which is a basic precaution. The lack of clarity and attention to patient care was concerning. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for thorough and responsible medical treatment.

Very very bad service and receptionist are not well conversation with patient.They are told Doctor fees some value,when I reach Doctor chamber they tell me other value 500/700 not matter,matter is Communication.

Very poor service. First they take my payment around 4000. After four days they told me to come to the chember. When I came to their chember they told my report is not ready. I am very disappointed. This is very unexpected thing.

Wrost Doctor's Chamber to visit. Rude and Unprofessional people at service/reception desk expecially the main co-ordinator and some Doctor also. They can not even provide consultation bill. Even some doctor openly smoke inside the premise.

Place need some seating arrangements for patient as multiple doctors are visiting this place but lots of patients waiting stand alone which is depressing.. please take care to avoid further casualty

Toooooo bad experience The receptionist staf not intimated the proper informetion about doctor's availability and they Shuffle patients to another doctor

This chamber gave me wrong treatment......very bad experience.....dont visit anyone......
