Dr. MA SARADA HOSPITAL

I have encountered Very Bad experience... Day 1) My patient was admitted here to give birth, but the first day of admission air condition of the room was not working, we have seen how difficult it is for a pregnant person... Day 2) a) Security Person behavior not so friendly, Even though he himself shows off responsibility, but there is no match in reality, even in an empty hospital, he is disturbing the patient party unnecessarily.That was so annoying for us. b)Basic thing was not work properly, like the ''clock'' in the patient's room is not working... All these little things add up to a big bad experience that we don't expect. ******But on the other hand, the nursing staff and the nanny performed their duties very well, which we also liked

It is mentioned outside that it is a hospital but when you enter inside you will understand that it is a Nursing home...... Treatment here is very good but in terms of money , it is very expensive...... The ones who are reading this review must keep in mind that you should not be quite here because they are always ready to fool You... In terms of special care, I would say that the nurses, Non staffs takes special care only when the patient is in ICU but when the patient is in general bed, the treatment is like Hospitals. There is no separate rooms for dengu patents, they keep all types of patients together..... The worst thing I found here is that they are charging 300 for the non staffs but paying only 150... But what ever there are doctors 24 hrs but if u call doctors in an emergency then the fees is 3 times.......

Hospital staffs are good and doctors are very caring about to his patients.

They are doing business more than serving the patients and they are not serving the patients according to the correct rules, giving wrong treatment, the various test reports here are also very suspicious, They run the organization only to earn money, They have special conditions again. - That is - They have to buy medicines from their own medical stores and GST is added separately on the medicine price, no discount, they show no sympathy to the patient and his family, very very bad & worst hospital.

bad service in and staff behavior is very poor there is no night stay facility and charges are high. Child specialist dr. Mr. Debanjan Saha chamber fee is only rs. 250 but, at ma sarda hospital konnagar charged by me rs. 1200 per visit for my one year baby. just two visit and not more than 10 minutes, no sympathy only business , no humanity only business. now days they all are financially killing places. shame on sarda hospital and dr. debanjan saha

Stuf behaviour is too "BAD" ,THEY ARE BEHAVE THE PEOPLE POOR ,NONEDUCATED,DISGUSGED , ACTUALLY HOSPITAL STAFF'S ARE OVER NONEDUCATED ,OVER SMARTNESS THIS NON ACCEPTABLE

Substandard hospital cum nursing home... Over all so so experience ..... Go only for emergency purpose . Management staffs as well reception staff & Insurance desk staffs are good. Only some over smart nursing staff, uneducated supporting staff (Ayas) and lack of nursing and management skilled staff shortage. Hygiene & cleaning not well mainted.
