    Sonoscan delivers top-notch outpatient and medical testing services, and their pricing is quite reasonable. I appreciate the convenience of booking appointments over the phone. The facility itself is clean, and the availability of clean restrooms on each floor, along with RO water purifiers, is a definite plus. While it's handy to have a pharmacy on every floor through a third party, the medicine prices are noticeably higher than what you'd find elsewhere. Overall, the quality of service easily earns a 5-star rating. However, the consistently long queues at every counter, with waiting times potentially stretching up to two hours just for payment, are a significant drawback. With better management to streamline these processes, Sonoscan could truly offer an exceptional experience. Therefore, I'm giving a 4-star rating, hoping to see improvements in wait times.

    "My experience at Sonoscan Healthcare, Malda ( The Pride of North Bengal) was exceptional. The doctors were highly knowledgeable and compassionate, taking the time to fully explain my condition and treatment options. The nursing staff were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout my stay, ensuring my comfort and needs were met at every turn. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality healthcare. You have to pay the maximum amount of money so that you deserve to get the service. N.B:- The washroom needs to be cleaned more.

    I am very disappointed with my overall experience at Sonoscan Hospital. The hospital is not well-maintained--cleanliness is a serious issue. The environment was unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a healthcare facility where patients are already vulnerable. The staff seemed untrained and poorly informed. Many of them were unable to answer even basic questions and gave misleading or incomplete information, which only added to the confusion and stress. Their behavior was often careless and unprofessional, which made me feel very uncomfortable. It's clear that there is a serious lack of proper staff training and management. For a place that deals with people's health and well-being, this level of service is not acceptable. I hope the hospital authority takes immediate steps to improve the cleanliness, staff behavior, and communication to provide better care for future patients.

    Report was not delivered on time. I had to go to sonoscan for collecting my report at around 8.30 pm, which was supposed to be available online during 2-3 PM. Just to inform that everyone has no opportunity to visit the lab for report and thats the purpose of online report facility. Hope the problem would be addressed at right forum.

    My experience is very good with doctors but with staff is very bad even they are don't how to behave with clients ,they are working in hospitality they don't know what is hospitality, all the staff are very rude in every floor.I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unprofessional behavior displayed by some of your staff members during my recent visit to your hospital. while I was at your facility for I encountered staff who were not only unhelpful but also spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner. As a patient or client ,I expected a basic level of courtesy, compassion, and professionalism, which unfortunately was not provided. This experience has left me feeling upset and undervalued. I believe that every individual visiting a hospital deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, especially when they are already going through a stressful time. I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that other patients do not have to go through a similar experience in the futu

    I appreciate the care and services provided, especially in the dialysis department. However, I have noticed that the sitting area near the dialysis section is quite limited. Given the number of patients and their attendants, it often becomes overcrowded, making it uncomfortable for those waiting. Expanding the seating arrangement would greatly improve the experience for patients and their families. I hope the hospital management considers this suggestion to enhance patient comfort. Overall, the hospital staff is professional and dedicated, but this small improvement would make a big difference.
