Dr. MMC Malda ( Malda Medical Centre Pvt Ltd)

A very bad experience I came here to collect my reports but the receptionist with burgundy hair and a lot of piercing her behaviour was worse than a government hospitals staff she was literally shouting so unprofessional this kind of behaviour is unacceptable in such a good reputation hospital i came here by Google refrence showing good ratings but it's worse no offense why public chossing sonoscan just because of there good staff behaviour

You can definitely go there.

I must say that,most of the supporting staffs behaviour is so poor. Silly mistakes were repeated several times. This type of service in a private nursing home is absolutely not acceptable.

Going to that hospital is just a waste of money. I've been there three or four times. At first they give you a warm welcome and the medicines they prescribe on the first visit make you feel a lot better--but you never get completely cured. Then they change the medicines again, yet you still don't recover fully. When you point this out, the doctor speaks to you rudely and blames you, saying you're not taking the medicines on time or not maintaining proper hygiene, etc. The staff are always rude and ill-mannered too, as if they have no time for you. I've also noticed that the doctors invariably prescribe medicines from their own in-house pharmacy--and those drugs are very expensive. They won't even prescribe reasonably priced generics or mid-range brands, and they force patients to undergo many unnecessary tests as well.

Very pocket friendly nursing home at running time. Service is extremely well and upto mark.The behaviour of doctors, nurses, Floor managers are very friendly.

My grandfather was admitted 5 days ago.Today my patient is get discharge.The entire team of icu is fully dedicated.Doctors,nurse,Floor assistant,aaya all are too good in their jobs.I am satisfied with the service.

My 74-year-old father, a heart patient with a history of two surgeries, was admitted to MMC ICU due to a serious condition. While the attending doctor (Dr. Mustaque Ahammed) was professional and compassionate, *the nursing staff and support services were shockingly negligent and rude* . Cold food repeatedly served to a critically ill patient due to poor coordination between testing and meal schedules. USG delayed for hours due to technician unavailability, leading to lunch being served at 1 PM but consumed at 3:30 PM--cold and unfit for a patient. Rude and insensitive nurse behavior: Despite several polite requests, medicines were not administered on time at night. Nurse Shreya behaved harshly with my ailing father, even when reminded by support staff. Today again, cold roti and milk were served at night due to blood sugar testing delays. Despite several follow-ups, no help was provided from the 3rd-floor desk manager. This is unacceptable. In a place meant for healing, such indifference and lack of basic empathy are dangerous. I strongly urge families to think twice before choosing MMC, even in emergencies.

Excellent service.... Specially doctor, rmo, nurse are all good in their jobs... Floor manager's behavior are so friendly... Thanks MMC
