Dr. Health Point Clinic

My experience here was quite disappointing. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and unfriendly. There was no drinking water available, and no chairs provided for sitting. Even the watchman was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, I was called at 8 AM, but the doctor informed me that they won't arrive until 9:30 AM. This shows a complete lack of respect for the patient's time. Basic facilities were missing, and overall customer service needs serious improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary changes

Very rude behaviour. Denies to issue proper invoices. Very untidy clinic. Employees walk around wearing outside shoes, but patients and patient parties are denies. Dusty floors, don't use to sweep floors.

First of all the doctor of USG he was quite late for coming and saying 15 minutes only he is entering since 4 PM on 3/06/25 and I'm writing this at 5:14 PM so all of that above the responsibility of the doctor is lacking over here. My concern is then who will take the responsibility of my pain because of the urinal stoppage? I need an answer from your end and if you say that I am not your patient then I will sue you guys in such a way you'll remember that till your last breath.

It was clean. Staff behaviour is really good and professional all the tests cost okay. The washroom is not that good.

Behavior of the staff are awful, they dont even provide correct information about the doctor while booking the appointment, after making me wait for 2hrs they said that particular day is not for report submission, but they didn't inform the same while booking an appointment even I mentioned that I need to show report to the doctor. The doctor named Subhrangshu Chatterjee refused to see my reports made as per his prescription on the very next day as the tests were made from some other lab. Management is rubbish. One staff keep blaming the other in a cyclic order.

This is to inform you that my daughter soumika Rudra ,age 22 ,was suffering from stomach pain since 2 months ,9th July 2024. We stay in konnagar,Hooghly . As per Dr prescribed sonography & CT scan has been done from Konnagar Health point diagnostic center . As per both report no such problems pointed.but my daughter 's stomach pain daily increased then I took her to Hyderabad AIG hospital & there we come to know as per sonography report that she is having gall stones. Most worst diagnostic center. Money,time & health all wasted bcaz of their wrong report.

Staff behavior is very rude especially one of your receptionist......

Cardiac issues are often emergency cases. The seniormost lady (technician) in the Konnagar branch says that she needs time to report an ECG to the doctor, suggesting us to collect the report the NEXT day after being analysed by the same. What if something happens to the patient, complaining of chest pain, within an hour? Who's going to take the responsibility? Expecting more responsibility from the aged lady with attitude problem, thinking 'Discipline' lies in making emergency patients wait. Will be of help if you could please convey them that Heart is such an organ that often doesn't give time to be treated. Patients who rush to diagnostics centres to conduct their ECGs, fear immediate cardiac problems. My patient's ECG was thankfully conducted by some other staff of your centre, who was a bit more prompt to show the doctor on that day. Staffs are quite helpful apart from her.
