Very good service, also all the tests are done with transparency and skill. The staff is very polite and provides service with love. In short, this is one of the best diagnostic centers for any kind of physical test.

Most worthless Diagnostic centre. As prescribed by our dr , We went there for the Eco cardiogram of my old mother. During billing they told us the desired dr to whom we have an schedule appointment at afternoon has already left there center . I am totally frustrated on their this kind of mismanagement. And strongly recommed for not going there.

Barasat surakha center just useless... too much harassing for pp blood collection. They did not understand the patients condition. Pathology departments is very unprofessional. My mother is a heart pt she get a schedule timing for medication. But this center can't understand anything. Totally disappointed

Pathetic customer service l, they do not value their customer's time at all. They will keep you waiting for hours even after pre-approved appointment. Their doctors com at their own time and not when the appointment is scheduled. They are late for hours and surakhsa do not simply care as they thing they are so reputed they have gone above this things

They are very very heavily overpriced. They took 8500 rupees for an allergy test that had just basic 12 tests. They mislead me to think they would give me a booklet of allergen tests. Instead they gave just 12, on basic things like brinjal, dust and cats. Horrible place to be in.

I'll be very much satisfied if there was a 0 rating option. Patient is waiting for the whole day for just a test and after 5 hours their staff has come and said doctor will not come

Very unprofessional, My ECO test time slot was today 9:30 AM but Dr. came 11.00 AM. Unfortunately Dr did not receive phone call from Surkkha Barasat reception. Even there is no internal Feedback option.Not only me Other patients are also frustrated and also admitted other patients that this is regular practice.

I booked in Barasat for the 11 am slot on July 16, but this morning the registered number is telling me that the booking is for Basirhat. Does that mean that these are optional? I wanted to do it in Barasat, on the day of booking they said that it will be in Barasat, but suddenly today it became Basirhat. When you go to take a test with a family member, you have to manage a lot of things. Help the customer by providing exact information. Otherwise, clearly say that you won't be here that day, do it another day.
