Good service, cleane, well mentioned protocall but there shoould be a pharmacy and in the morning it is very hard to get the call connected.

One of the worst experience. No trained nurse is there. Receptionist draw blood for infants. Total disappointment

This is the first time I have seen a very bad diagnostic center. Where the manager's behavior is very bad and the staff are the same. They are doing business in diagnostic center not for treatment. I will make a request to everyone, no one should go here. They deceive people.

Had visited here for psychological counseling with Dr Mahuya Ghosh. My situation got worsened after 4 sittings, started to get nightmares. She might be highly qualified but is extremely rude and not at all down to the earth. She didn't lend a patient ear to my problems which is the foremost thing needed in psychotherapy. Used potentially harmful words which lowered my self esteem and self confidence. She is just an opposite replica of what an ideal psychologist should be. One should give a second thought before visiting her.In simple words she is an professional, egoistic, arrogant, and rude person who keeps on speaking without letting the patient speak.

My mother visited for nephrologist. At first they gave appointment someone named Dr. Swastik Purkit but later they assigned her to Dr.Manik Kataruka after making her wait for 1 hour. My mother has hypertension since many years. He wrote 3 high dose medicine for hypertension, though she already takes medicines for same. Moreover he told her that " you have to get hospitalized after taking these medicines". That was the only word he convayed. He didn't explain anything even after asking multiple times. So it was very confusing. In fact the receptionists also misbehaved with her. Action cshould be taken against such organizations and doctors.

I v booked for fasting sugar for my wife Alka Kaushal, 331, Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani, Madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129 aged 61 (F) today between 8.30 am & 9.00 but the blood collector does not turned up in time.

Very good services, well behaved staff, blood collectors maintain their punctuality..thank you Sankalpa...
