Dr. Sahid Khudiram Bose Hospital

If you love your Friend and dearest one, please don't go to this hospital. They are just a killer machine, specifically I need to highlight the name, Dr. Milan Chakraborty may be he is a good to others and may he is qualified and experienced about his domain. But, if it's not executed practical manner then what's the usage of it? I have to say his diagnosis process is just like as guinea-pig test to patients. He doesn't have a sense how to care for critical issues. My Mother was hospitalized in Sahid Khudiram Bose Hospital due to chest pain issues, with-in 4 days they have charged Rs.130,000 without a single improvement. They informed us she was suffering from kidney decease and it was detected after 2 days from date of admission. Another thing very few doctors are associated with this hospital, SKBH. After 2 days Dr. Rajib Mondal(Nephrologist) visited regarding this matter, but no proper action.If patient suffering kidney function disorderness why proper action has not been taken? As a result my Mother has expired. Here I want to know why these doctors are so much careless about these kind of critical cases? So, be aware and cautious before to go to this hospital.Love yourself and your family. I will be happy if my post can save a life. I know my I cannot bring my Mother back, but I don't want anyone else to loose their mother or loved ones due to the wrong treatment by those unqualified, careless and heartless doctors.

Dear Customer Excellence Manager, I am writing this review out of sheer frustration, as your team members seem to lack even the most basic understanding of customer centricity. Let me explain what happened. I wanted to book an appointment with Dr. Avik for my father. Your team transferred my call to the OPD, where the receptionist behaved in an absolutely unprofessional manner. She asked me to hold the line for two minutes, only to disconnect the call without any resolution. When I called back, she told me that she doesn't understand English and asked me to speak in Bengali. The tone was very rude Seriously? Are there no staff members available who can understand basic English? This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a professional healthcare setting. We are paying for services--not receiving them for free--so this dismissive attitude is completely unjustified. I must say, it's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in a hospital that claims to uphold the core values of: 1. Customer Centricity 2. Service Excellence 3. Quality Care It's clear that there is significant work needed in all three areas. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

The services are extremely satisfactory. The way they treat the patients is way way better than other private hospitals in the area. The prices of treatment are also lower compared to other pathetic nursing homes in the area.

I would really recommend Sahid Khudiram Bose hospital to every one. Very affordable and quality work. I went to their Dental Department and consulted Dr Abhishek Ghosh. A very polite and excellently behaved doctor. He did my root canal treatment almost painlessly and his charges are way lesser than any of the dental clinic nearby. I would strongly recommend Dr Abhishek Ghosh for any dental treatment. Thank you Sahid Khudiram Bose hospital for providing such an advanced facility and an amazing doctor

Good Hospital Near Rathtala, Belgharia. Some departments and doctors are really good. Staffs are helpful and trained.

The treatment is okay but their services and behavior are worst .... I myself got admitted and got the worst experience of my life... even if your patient is in serious condition don't admit him or her in this hospital because the hospital's people will kill your patient.... not all of the nurses are bad but most of them are!! When i was in general bed the nurse were emotionally attacking me ... i am minor so its pretty obvious i will cry for my parents ... but two of the nurses who were in charge on 31st Oct morning shift in female ward were hurting me emotionally so much that i had to shift to cabin and then another nurse who was in charge on the evening shift of 2 Nov...she is the worst she thinks herself to be the doctor.... unluckily the name was not inscribed on her batch so couldn't figure out her name as well she pricked in several places of my hand and when I cried out she said that I was doing drama ...... I faced a lot of bleeding as well and the girls who come from pathology services none of them has the slightest idea of taking blood. None of them are experienced and they come to gain experience from the patients...They also pricked all over my hand and. Although it's been 3 days I returned from the hospital those blood clots which were formed on 2nd Nov due to their pricking still now didn't recovered and am still suffering from pain.... I would suggest never to visit this hospital their services are the poorest....

An absolute fraud hospital management, all it's doctors here are fraud, lootera here inside..also with all irrelevant tests and wrong treatment. I'm not saying to trust my review. Just go, admit and check then

I called today for an urgency.. They really had a rough and rude behaviour. Please change your behaviour because I needed the doctor's number for a reason not for any joke. Very bad experience.
