Hospital service experience was quite satisfying. There should be more counters for billing. Consulted Endocrinologist Dr.Debaditya Das...he is an excellent doctor. The doctors and staff are well-trained, providing excellent care to the patients. The hospital's cleanliness and atmosphere contribute significantly to a healing environment. Conveniently, there is a blood bank located near the hospital, ensuring that blood is readily available for emergencies. Moreover, the hospital has separate cabins for cancer patients, offering them privacy and specialized care.

I want to sincerely thank Ruby General Hospital for the excellent care my father received during his fistula surgery. Dr. Debarchan Ghosh did an outstanding job - the surgery went smoothly, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. What truly touched us was the behavior of the nursing staff. They were not only professional and attentive but also incredibly compassionate. It felt like they were caring for their own father. Please give us a less waiting estimated time. At OPD section, Please try to don't call patients 3-4 hrs before the scheduled appointment. Also please try to provide some complimentary refreshment like tea or coffee or avail us for affording a cup of coffee at Rs. 10/- , at the billing section a cup of coffee costs Rs. 25/- just for less than 200 ml. It's a very high price for most of us. Some of the staffs of opd billing section takes a lot of time for completing a billing transaction and some have lack of knowledge of prices of several tests. Apart from that, it's a very good Hospital, the doctors that I visited as of now are excellent, the management staffs and the nurses are excellent and professionals. Overall it's a very good hospital but need some improvements regarding the above recommendations. I believe Ruby Hospital is one the best hospital in West Bengal. Thank you.

They made us wait almost 3 hours we visited it In 12 am for my mother mri but till 2: 10 no progress we are now at the hospital most not all but few staff are a bit rude. I wanted to give zero star but a few stars were quite nice so I give one star.

This hospital is located on EM Bypass. This hospital is a multi specialist. The treatment system in this hospital is very good. Patients come here from far and wide for treatment. Many patients from Bangladesh come here for treatment. I have visited this hospital many times for treatment and I like everything here. This hospital has all kinds of health insurance facilities. There is very good facility for car parking inside the hospital. But this parking system is not free, you have to pay for it.
