Dr. RB Diagnostic Barasat

I'm happy to share that I had a wonderful experience at **RB Diagnostic Barasat** and would highly recommend it to everyone. A heartfelt shout-out to **Champa Gayen**--her polite demeanor, gentle communication, and helpful nature truly stood out and made the visit even more pleasant.

Last month I had a full abdomen usg procedure appointment with barasat centre. The Dr within 3-4 mins completed his job. I told him cmc, vellor took 12 mins for this same procedure. During the performance, cmc Dr asked my problem repeatedly. But here he told me you need report, not time in spite of showing trust. This the difference. However, my disappointment was on other issue which I submitted them in writing. They need not address me so far!

A good commitment with me and my family.. All time all staff are helpfully to treat us.. And phlebotomist attreyee she is excellent on her job .. And also all staff are multi talented...

MD. Jahiruddin Babar is very well behaved person. Today he has come for my Daughter's blood test on time and he took blood so well that my daughter doesn't feel any pain. Big thanks to him from me and my daughter Barsha Mukherjee.

I will not recommended RB diagnostic for MRI, It was a horrible experience for me. MRI machine produce dangerous amount of noise and noise cancellation is one of the key point here, In case of RB their noise cancellation headphones or whatever that is they used completely failed to work for me, I have to endure that monstrous, sound like 5 trucks horns, for about 20mins and they did not even communicated with me how to ask for help if anything goes wrong, I did not realize that there was a two way communication I thought it was a one way receiver and the room was empty and the sound is so loud that a scream couldn't be heard. I overall had a horrible experience the staff was very careless one of them even said "when you go inside just relax and sleep if possible" It's unimaginable to relax and even sleep with that sound. The technician has no idea how that machine works, they even defend themselves by saying nobody else complained before me why am I complaining, just disgusting.

I had an excellent experience at RB Diagnostics, Barasat, all thanks to the outstanding support from Atrayee Chakrabarty. Because of her support, what could have been a stressful experience turned out to be quick, organized, and efficient.
