Dr. Eskag Sanjeevani Multispecialty Hospital - Baghbazar

I recently had to visit and I must say my experience was exceptionally good. From the moment I entered, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The doctors took the time to explain my condition clearly and answered all my questions patiently, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. The nursing staff was caring, attentive, and always quick to respond whenever I needed help. The hospital was clean, well-maintained, and followed proper hygiene protocols, which gave me peace of mind. The discharge process was also smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I felt that I was in safe and caring hands throughout my stay. I truly appreciate the dedication and compassion shown by the entire team.

Overall a very good experience. No problem faced at all. Everyone in the Nursing home has been very cooperative. I am very happy with my mother's treatment. She was in a very critical condition and a very critical surgery was done so well. I am so glad that she is finally going home after recovering properly.

The ward is very clean and well-maintained. The environment feels calm and comforting. Nursing staff were extremely polite, attentive, and quick to respond whenever needed. Dr. Soumyadeep Mondol ( RMO ) , he is not at all cooperative and behaviour is very rude . We ave taken our patient at midnight around 3 AM at emergency and without checking her he has suggested to admit her and when enquired he was not ready to speak anything and started shouting to us. This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable from the Doctor.

It is well decorated and newly renovated . As far as my mother issue she was admitted and all staffs , attendants , aaya are all help ful / and attentive . It's ok aa pee medium range budget .

Sanjeevani is a quality hopital. Treating doctor Prof. Dr. SUBARAT CHATTERJEE is a fantastic person and very caring. Support stuffs are good... But one negative points Gap in between two beds in general wards is narrow..if it will be slightly increase that will be good for patient. Overall this is good. Regards

The outdoor lift has a step which makes it difficult to get the patient in a wheelchair difficult to commute. The infrastructure of a hospital must be in compliance with the patient's situation. On the other hand the staff of the OPD unit is inhumanely rude and not helpful at all. Due to their lack of response I had to travel all the way covering 13kms just to know that the appointment timing would be given only on the same day the patient is to be brought in and not in advance. Poor service and consideration. Would have given -5 star!

The environment of Sanjeevani was not only extremely professional, but also enriching with the many personalities of the staff. The doctor was very attentive and professional, and the nurses were very helpful with their advice and skilled caretaking. The food provided was superb and worthy of a mention. The guards and security were also not only open to conversation, but proved to be very helpful as well. It is easy to positively expect a quick recovery under such conditions.
