Dr. Dr Prakash Chandra Mandal

A Great doctor and a very amicable human being. He explains everything in detail to his patients and keeps the patient party mentally energized and strong. He performed my father's angioplasty in Apollo Gleneagles hospital and 15 days after that, he has returned to his normal life style without any complication. His surgery was hassle free and literally saved my father from any serious cardiac complication. No amount of words can express our gratitude towards him. He is a divine figure to us.

I doubt if at all he is having any diagnosis power. I complaint of chest tightness though I already have pacemaker implanted. He completely ignored it and advised me to continue same medicine as previously prescribed by other doctor. It is not at all worth of paying Rs 2000/- consultation fee

He saved me from evitable death and thus, to me, he is next to the god. But now a it is difficult to catch him up over Mobile during any health issues.

This rating is not for the doctor. It was for his assistant who sadly does not have a platform to be rated on. Dr. Mandal is a great doctor but his assistant Mr. Biplab is extremely rude and misbehaves with patients. He doesn't cater to any queries of the patients and causes harassment. If only Doctor and management notices the numerous reviews against Mr. Biplab and takes action against him.

My Angioplasty was done exelently by him @ the age of 61. Now I am,72 & keeping very well after that surgery.l used to go on long tour twice a year with wife, exclusively by own effort. His behaviors towards the patients deserves saluted.

My family member got admitted under him for angiogram in Apollo kolkata after test the doctor himself advised for immediate stent as blockage was detected . We however did not agree for immediate OT and went for other suggestions with utter surprise we found that 2 more doctors have completely ignored stent and advised for only medicine and diet. Experience lyk this has been faced by me earlier with this hospital. My suggestion Apollo and it's doctors should change name from Apollo hospitals to Apollo Industry.

Undoubtedly doctor was best. But need to change his assistant immediately Name Biplab mitra Don't know how to behave with patients Actually dont know anything but pretends that he knows everything My mother was suffering because of her critical condition and as an assistant of doctor he says I will call you from 24 th may and never called me .never got any reply.. Worst person ever.

One of the best cardiologist is Town. He is so approachable and explains everything in detail. Extremely positive attitude and treats all his patients with care.
