When contacted Narayana Health, Mukundapur for Dr Kuntal Bhattacharya's appointment for my father who is a very old patient of him and is aged 92+ we were informed that no appointment slot is available however if we pay Rs 2500 instead of normal fees of Rs 1300 then Dr Kuntal will consult. If no slots available then how come paying high amount "creates" one ???? I wonder what happens to aged patients in emergency. Is money everything for hospitals and Drs???
