We had trusted Dr Kunal Sarkar renowned doctor of Medica Hospital with the care of our loved one, expecting professionalism, empathy, and thorough medical judgment. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and painful.We lost our loved one after the surgery on 19th June 2025. There appeared to be a serious lack of planning before the operation, raising questions about the preparedness and urgency of the medical approach. Even more distressing was the complete absence of compassion or courtesy shown to the patient's family after the untimely death. We were not treated with the basic respect or empathy one would expect during such a difficult time. It is not just medical expertise that defines a good doctor -- humanity, communication, and accountability are equally vital. Sadly, these were missing from our experience. We hope that in the future, more attention is paid not only to medical procedures but also to the dignity and emotional needs of patients and their families.
