Dr. Dr. Dhiman Kahali

Extremely dissatisfied with his behaviour towards patient and after paying so high fees he doesn't bother to see my father's face , most of the time his approach was too casual and junior doctor who was present in his chamber mostly treated my father and gave medicine. My humble request to the hospital authority please don't cheat your patients with such big names who doesn't have time to speak with the patient properly. If there is option in Google to give 0 star I would have given that. Extremely grateful to BM Birla for such warm hospitality and overwhelming experience.

I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Dhiman Kahali for saving my husband's life. I am a UAE based resident and I flew to Kolkata with my husband who was in a critical condition of cardiac failure. On 12th March 2025 my husband was admitted into CCU. Dr. Kahali's right diagnosis and treatment brought immense improvement in my husband's health conditions that within 5 days he was discharged. The tests that he suggested were apt and I am absolutely satisfied with the treatment my husband received at the Birla Hospital. I thank God for bringing us to the right doctor. Yes Dr. Kahali, is a man of few words but his treatment speaks. I would strongly recommend Dr. Dhiman Kahali for any cardiac treatment. God bless him and his loved ones. DR. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Dhiman Kahali. My family and I felt that his approach to my treatment was more focused on commercial gain rather than genuine care. Instead of addressing my immediate health concerns and explaining the treatment options thoroughly, he seemed more interested in assessing our financial capacity. He asked where our son worked and requested our insurance details, which gave us the impression that he prioritized payment considerations over my well-being. We went to Dr. Kahali hoping for professional and compassionate care but left feeling undervalued and more anxious about my condition. I would advise others to carefully consider this aspect if they are seeking a cardiologist who prioritizes patient health over financial matters

Only one aim is how to get money from the patient. Got my 1st appointment after angioplasty he didn't guide us at all. He didn't said a single word to us he just check blood pressure and leave us instantly. I am utterly disappointed with this kind of behavior he just didn't listen to any of our queries. It's not acceptable....!

Very rude and only ask for multiple test including angiogram and not ready to speak to patients post test results.pushed me for angiogram and post doing so as he found no issues didn't even visited post OT, though charged twice doctor visit with the package, most unethical practice.

One and only motto to take the patient to OT room. Do not care about patient health, my parents waited for 12 hours for post OT check up with proper appointment but he was busy in OT. Never going back to this business minded doctor. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Dhiman Kahali does not even deserve one star. He is not a doctor but a businessman. Most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. I would never recommend him. I took my dad to him. First he told us that he does not have any cardiac issue. He refused to see the test reports and asked us to admit him. He will observe the patient. Worst doctor only behind money. He is least concerned about patient's health. Didn't even give time to check the patient.

There is nothing to say...Just Criminal type as a doctor. I have never seen a good person as a doctor anywhere in West Bengal. Being a Bengali, this remains a pain to me. But i have seen such doctors who are like a medicine, like a pain killer, like a mother for a ptient.
