Dealing with insurance desk is not smooth. They ask to collect signature of treating consultant by patient party. This is a difficult job.

1) It was very frustrating when at 11-30 PM the attending Nurse woke me up to tell that 2 of the 6 tubes of blood collected earlier in the evening got spoilt and they need to take blood again. I had no alternative but to allow. 2) The billing process is very slow.

I want to know what is actual cost of RFA SURGERY???? PLZ reply as soon as possible

Dr was good but receptionist and other staffs were not found very cordial and welcoming.

Staff are soo friendly, get too much support & help Cleanliness is also very good

Good service before the operation but the post operation service specially by the doctor's personal Assistant is very bad.As Dr. P.C.Mondal is a really very good doctor so, we choose him for my fathers' peacemaker OT.But his assistant Mr.Biplop is very very less non coaporative person.I really don't feel that he is a ideal person to serve his responsibility in the Apollo Hospital and most importantly the OPD doctor's booking systemis really very ridiculous. Because patient personally enlisted their name from 9am-2pm then doctor's will check according to the sl no.after 2 pm.this system needs to be change.its a humble request also from a patient party.

The Cardiologist Dr Sumanto Mukhopadhyay whom I visited is a very Experienced,Supportive and Courteous too
