They explained each every Conditions and improvement of patient , and if it is emergency they took extra care and can even do operation in midnight . All type of test done here but much costly . Pharmacy is available inside. Security:- Security is very important for every health care center and it has a different challenges . The hospital provides a high range of 2 step Security . They handle crowdes easily . Visit:- Visiting time is only in morning. 10 am. to 11 am. for ccu patient , and 10 am. to 12 am. for general bed patient. A digital QR code is required for every persons to entry inside. Only 1 person can enter inside at a time . Travel:- The hospital is beside on the EM Bypass . So the connectivity is really good. It connects with many bus route over kolkata and metro service is also available connected with east west metro . Nearest metro station is Salt Lake Stadium. Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, are generally considered to be on the higher end in terms of cost compared to other hospitals in the city. Best Service and good behavior of Doctors, nurses and staff but not the Insurance Admission Department staff. Need for improvement in how clients are handled by the staff, especially in terms of active engagement and polite communication. In particular, I would like to highlight at the Insurance Admission Department in the Head Building, couple of staffs behavior and attitude that lacked the expected professionalism and courtesy. I believe with some focused training and guidance, the team can improve significantly in providing a more positive and respectful experience for patients and their families.

It's a nice experience of visiting Dr. Though it's too expensive but entire premises is clean, people are soft speaking, fast billing and cooperating staff. Food court date for visitors are available at first floor. Direction of the hospital : People are coming from out of Kolkata who are arriving Karunamoyee bus terminus may take Metro rail and proceed to Salt pake stadium metro station. Drop here and check the hospital is beside it.

Went for my Corporate Health Checkup. Very Nice Experience. Seamless arrangements. The food (free of cost) provided was simply awesome. Overall 5 stars for the entire experience.

For OPD... The facility and availability are really good. Every doctor has a helping hand outside the room & they are friendly and kind. Just one suggestion, try to solve the new patient registration. try to solve it by the time of payment for OPD. all patients can't like the process and website hectic condition for new OPD. all are good ... impressive. in oncology department, the waiting is too high and there are no sufficient chairs available. but the doctor's behaviour was really impressive. Oncology department is behind the main hospital, not in OPD building.

Dr. Vikash Kumar Agarwal gives my wife's life by his experience and expert hand by a successful critical operation non stop 10.30 hours long operation. He is our living GOD for us. We are really greatful to Mr. Agarwal and the Apollo hospital authority.

I am a regular patient of this hospital. I got my pro health check up on 25/7/2025. Overall experience was good. Flow chart of various tests was followed well. Behavior of all staff was well appreciated. I didn't find any difficulty in getting all the tests done. I recommend everyone to make this Hospital a favorable choice and feel the experience. Yes, charges of various facilities are little higher.
