Dr. AccuHealth Diagnostics: Best Diagnostic Centre & Pathology Lab in Kolkata

Very Unprofessional.. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of AccuHealth Diagnostics. We were waiting for an important report for a pregnant woman, and after multiple follow-ups, we found out that the report had already been sent to the doctor's clinic two days earlier--but no one informed us. No call, no SMS, no email. When we asked about the report, the staff casually said it was already sent. This kind of careless attitude is unacceptable, especially, when it involves the health and safety of an expecting mother. Their lack of basic communication and accountability caused unnecessary stress and delay in medical care. Not at all recommended!

Been visiting Accu health Kasba branch many times due to my wife's pregnancy. Their process is quite smooth and swift. Doctors are also good and professional. Overall, quite satisfied with the service.

All employees are very friendly and most importantly all front desk guys are so gentle & they have well managerial skills , the presence of a female doctor at USG TVS Exam helps female patients.

Very cooperative and humble staff. ***Very helpful! Even if not have prescription, they allow the test happen at least and suggest with good doctor. As it is located on Rashbehari bypass and well connected with good hospital Doctors like Ruby, Genesis, Dsun and Fortis, hence it became a one roof OPD along with a high standard Diagnostic Lab.

Accuhealth Diagnostics Centre Staff Is Very Humble,Amanable Helping The Technicians And Staff Their Services Are Awesome They Make The Patients Comfortable And Get Their Work Done. Specially Staff Named Salma & Samayanti Was Very Helpful When I Said I Couldn't Come To Collect My Report She Promised That He Would Drop My Report At Home. She Is Very Genuine And Helping Person.

Highly unprofessional. The front desk executive in the evening (for report dispatch) made me wait while she was busy laughing away on a joke she was sharing with a friend on call. When i intercepted her, she took out the report kept on a table just opposite to her seat (something which could have been done in minutes). I feel management must interfere to make staffs understand that it is private institution where patients are paying premium money to avail service. They cant be mistreated or ignored. Respecting patients and understand their need should be a priority.
