Service is very good & customer friendly. There should be required some modification at the place of entry gate, a supporting handle must be installed special for the patient and old aged person. Already there was occurred several accident due to lack of this handle at entry stair point.

They are running a good money business....and the best part that i suffer is with doctor Sidharth kundu,he is a dam manurless and rude guy,even don't know how to talk with a heart patient, my experience with them is very bad....i recommend people don't go their specially if you are going for cardio treatment......its my first and last visit there.

Service is very good. Very Amaible nature of staff. Infrastructure to be developed more for one of the best. Also display details features of your investigation availability.

I have no complaints towards the brand Suraksha or the outlet, but I have very very very bad feedback about the doctor whom I have consulted at suraksha sodepur. She is a dentist Dr. Somdutta Raha, and my god she is absolutely a money maker. She doesn't understands anything except money. I paid a fee of 800/- as consultation and on the consultation time she charged scaling fee of 1000/- and jotted down many other services which are really really high in fees. I was in pain and that's why I went to the doctor. She simply charged a 1800/- and did nothing. She said that she is expecting a infection and in return didn't even bother to give a medicine. .she scaled the area and left me for bearing more pain so that I get back to her again for an appointment where she will be charging more and more money. Quarter mouth scaling - 1000/- Full mouth - 2000/- Filling per teeth - 2200/- And she has not said anything about the charges of RCT. I believe those will be as high as these only. Pathetic, what a waste of time and money and even my pain has increased a lot. Consultation date - 22.4.25 Review writing date - 23.4.2025

Reputation of the pathological lab is good compared to the others. Services offered by the lab and technologies used here is good. Any pathology lab center requires qualified and trained staff as they are the people who are responsible for the entire process. And further diagnosis and treatment of patients depend on the tests. It thus becomes very important for the pathology lab staff to be prior expertise in this field. Suraksha is best in in Panihati area.
