Dr. Doctor Plus

I have done my skin piling treatment at the clinic ( Doctor Plus Birati) with cosmetologist Surojit Majumdar he has done excellent job from listening to my concern and suggestions me the skin care and treatment. my skin is glowing and also other person noticing same . Really very happy with the treatment,, Baabli Majumdra

Have taken unwanted hair removal (leg) treatment from Doctor Plus at Birati by Mr. Surajit Majumder, cosmetologist. He is smart, dynamic, well behaved . His treatment is amazing & incomparable.

Several Doctors attend their patients here. Inside this place is clean and tidy. They charged 100 rupees as registration fee, which remains active for 3 months. Visiting fee needs to submit inside Doctor's chember. One bad thing is they don't accept any Credit card payment. So you need to pay by cash only. And the parking facility is there but it's not adjacent to it, it is in few metres distance. You can park your bike there, but 4 wheeler parking will be difficult. They do note the names through phone on the same day from 8 AM onwards.

Pathetic service. Don't visit this place untill you have no option left An appointment was made but i felt i don't want to visit the doctor for some personal reason. Now they started calling and harassing me why i have booked an appointment ans not coming. It's like they have called the doctor for me only and cut the call on my face. That's how disrespectful and unprofessional receptionists they hired to work for them. Bunch of idiots running the place with high consultation free.

Got skin glowing treatment (peeling )and dandruff control therapy.Excellent service by the group. And by cosmetologist Mr Surojit Majumder. One of the best clinic till date.

They should learn how to behave with patients .patients has right to know their requirements and whatever doubt they have but if their receptionist misbehave and talk roughly then this is not acceptable.patients doesn't take free treatment neither they free test .so please be kind when you speak to them

Well apart from my experience from this place I just want to inform all of you that the receptionist and all the staffs are not so much cooperative and they are just ready for harassing people by them at all. On 29th October I called them for enlisting my name for check up and they told us that enlisting name through phone is not happening so I have to come 30th October morning for enlisting my name. So I gone there on that day and the lady I don't know whether she is the receptionist or not told me that as the doctor will come at 3pm I have to enlist my Name only that time. This is the simply harassing someone. But as the doctors are there I can't argue with them. I have to attend on that day at 2.30pm to enlist my name and for check up. I think the doctors should quit that place and run their chember in other place .

I order 2 eye drops from them / they delivered my home / their service is too good
