Very Poor service The doctors are good but the nursing staff there think they are big doctors, their behavior is very bad, they don't consider the patient as a patient. They treat the patient's family members like dogs. They quietly talk on their feet. Very bad behavior of the nurses in the emergency ward. Department head, please look into this matter.

I recently visited Katwa Sub Divisional Hospital as my father was admitted there. The doctors were helpful in arranging A+ blood from the blood bank. However, I observed mixed experiences with the staff. While the doctors were supportive, the nurses' behavior was sometimes rude. The cleanliness of the floor was moderate, and the cleaning staff exhibited consistently rude behavior, neglecting their duties. Despite these challenges, the hospital's blood bank ensured my father received the required blood. During my father's discharge from Katwa Sub Divisional Hospital, an additional issue arose. The cleaning staff requested money for tea and other expenses, which was unexpected and added an uncomfortable aspect to the overall experience. This incident further highlighted challenges in the hospital's staff coordination and professionalism.

5yr ago: Good hospital. Service is daily and very satisfied. It has a big area to complete check ups and medical treatment. 17th Jan 2023: the hospital had really been upgraded since i revised it last. The physical change is that the colour of building har changed from saffron to white-blue combination; i mean obviously. The internal infrastructure had developed a lot. Many buildings had developed. The refer disease has decreased a lot from earlier days. In co association with the municipality 2/3 uphc are also built up in the subdivision as they help in tackling the COVID 19 situation for 2 consecutive years. Recently from a newspaper i came to know that uphc's are suggesting many patients from neighbour districts and villages to go and visit atleast once a month if they have something serious. The playground in front of the main hospital building is the motherground of the NICU PICU wards which will establish and ready to use in the upcoming years. The construction work has been going on smoothly. To avoid connection in the road the hospital authority also develops seperate parking space for ambulances & private car owners. Overall the hospital had improved a lot from service, infrastructure, patient load, treatment, and belief point of view. Hope it will serve more in the near future.

Only hope for the poor people to live life. working staffs are helpful.But doctors treats patients like dogs. in outdoor they prescribes medicine without examine the patients properly. infrastructure is also not sufficient to provide good medical treatment.

Treatment is very poor.There is no fixed time when the doctor will see the patient. If you want the best of your patient, don't forget to admit him to this hospital.

The Katwa Sub Division Hospital is very clean. There is a lot of space for parking. The hospital gives very good service. It is open 24 hours. The nurses are very helpful but the doctors do not take responsibilities to serve patients. The machines are not upgraded. The doctor advice to do the test from other medicare shop.
