Dr. Octave Clinic & Diagnostic Center

Much worse and rude behavior by the staff there. They don't listen to customers problem, and directly cut the call on your face. I had genuine problens but they did not bother to listen. Much worse experience. They don't even value their regular patients. Worst experience ever !! Did not face such behavior in any clinic till now !!!!!!

1. Worst behaviour by lady enlisting patients details. 2. Not allowing patients report from other diagnostic. Allowing external report only for first visit, but warning them not to allow from next visit. 3. Taking Rs. 100 more from every patient above doctor's fees and force to take medicines from adjacent Pharmacy to adjust that money. 4. Other staffs have no sence. When for a critical patient, doctor himself comes out of his chamber to check him in reception, these staffs are continuously chatting loudly in that place, sitting together. They don't bother the inconveniences of doctor and patient's family that time.

Too much bad behaviour of lady employees , totally non cultural and they can't use polite language even frequently they change their communication regarding doctors patient numbering. No rules regulations are there in octave.

Very bad experience. But I don't like to public it and I like to allart the management but they don't have any mail id cause best known to the management. In the clinic doctor's chamber located in first floor but the patient and party forced to put off their foot wear at first floor though clinic staff are roaming with shows naturally floor is very dirty. There is a notice " jutaa nijer daayyitb " mean you have take an extra accompany to guard your show. If your show stolen they will not show you the cctv footage. Cause best known them. You can't contact the management. Only because of doctor's we have to visit this fourth class pollyclinic. Doctor's of this clinic requested to sit in at list another clinic.

Though the diagnosis fees are high still it's manageable but the staff behaviour is very annoying. I have booked a dietician today but having an emergency at my corner I cancelled the booking. But after one hour they've called and talk rubbish. Infact they said for next time if you book an appointment be sure. I don't know how they are having so much courage to react in a this manner with there customer. Very bad customer handling I must say. I don't know who will be the spine to them.

Hospital service is quite good but it needs more attention , as only 1 room for female patients and 1 for male . Bathrooms should more clean. Nurses are good and their behaviour is also nice.

This center is a fraud organisation who are continuously scamming people by taking advantage of patients lack of medical knowledge. Dr. Debabrata Roy who seems to be a doctor but his main occupation is to scam people. My father visited this so called fraud doctor Roy who prescribed false and unnecessary tests which was completely unrelated to the disease. Went for back spine pain and doctor prescribed ultrasonography for belly. Tried to scare the hell by showing higher pressure level and scam by taking a unnecessary medicine for high pressure. Same day pressure test was taken in another clinic to verify and found normal. The staffs are aggressive and misbehaving. Won't accept test reports conducted from any other clinic. This scam center should be stopped.

Worst experience ever. Very Unprofessional. Yesterday, I went there for chest x-ray. I told the instructor (who took my x-ray) if I had to change my dress (having some metal part) , but he insisted that he would tell me to do so if necessary. And he took my x-ray with my own clothes on. Now the x-ray plate came with this metal part (shown in the picture). When I got my report, I told the receptionist. But she paid no heed to this.she was busy quarrelling with some other patient. If possible, one should definitely avoid this diagonstic centre.
