Dr. Pashupatinath Hospital

My Brother has admitted to this hospital for surgery of gallbladder, patient name was Sujit Ghosh , today discharge the patient (14/7/25) When I came for cleaning the bill and Sathya sathe Desk ,,THE LADY (BABITA RAM) she was very very rude to me ,, attitude was very negative,, ,around 2hrs was standing front of the desk,,for cleaning the process, she was very very slow her work , I am requesting to the management please look into this matter,, otherwise we never recommend to any one , ( specially we came from Chandannagar Hooghly)

The most useless hospital. My father had an ischemic stroke, for which I admitted him to this hospital. But instead of treating the stroke, they just made the patient somewhat stable and discharged him--we couldn't quite understand the situation at that time. The doctors here, especially the RMO Mr. Rahman Babu, don't want to interact properly with the patient's family. Instead, he misguides them. The most frightening and concerning matter is that there is only one main doctor here, Mr. Bhargav Ray. There are no other specialist doctors in this hospital. Anyway, they told us that my father was probably going into a coma and was progressing towards multi-organ failure. Actually, my father had an infection called sepsis, which they completely failed to identify. Later, I transferred him to another place, and now my father is fully recovered. So I would say, for common issues like fever or diarrhea, this hospital might be okay, but for any serious condition, avoid this hospital."

This hospital is very neat and clean . All staffs are very polite . Have all modern medical facilities with this hospital.

All staff biheviour is good but swasthy sathi counter service very poor
