Dr. Gandhi Memorial Hospital

Very bad experience at Gandhi Memorial Hospital, Kalyani. The staff behavior is extremely poor--from the nurses to the security guards. They do not know how to talk or behave with patients and their families. Honestly, they should be retrained from the basics on how to treat people with respect. My mother has been admitted for 3 days, but the senior doctor has not visited her after the first day. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in a hospital setting. Patients deserve proper care and attention, not negligence and rude behavior.

Gandhi Memorial Hospital is a dedicated Heart hospital at Kalyani. Some very good interventional cardiologists like Dr.Chandan Mishra, Dr.Arnab Roy, Dr.Sandip Roy, Dr.Atin Bannerjee attached with this Hospital. All types of cardiac disease like pacemaking, cardiac intervention done here. This is just 4 mins walking dustance from Kalyani station.

Gandhi Memorial Hospital is a cardio hospital at Kalyani in Nadia district. It is an wing of famous Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital under health department of West Bengal Government. Anyone can go here for medical treatment and operation if required in cardiovascular diseases .

The patient stays sick for one or two days and does not come to see the senior doctor.

My mother was admitted to Gandhi Memorial Hospital last 5th November 2024 and discharged on 7th November 2024. Everyone's behavior is very very good, all the security guards, nurse, Doctors and all staff. Everyone was very helpful. But sorry to say that the behavior of a security guard is very bad from day one. Screamed all the time I was downstairs on my mom's day off, and my brother was in the nurse's room, telling me to go, my brother calling me upstairs to drop mom off. I properly show the discharge paper on the phone and then he He treated me very badly. And asks me what's your name, what do you do, chirping as usual. I tell him all the answers, then I tell him tell me your name and I will complain in your name. Then he didn't tell me his name, I took a picture of him, and immediately threw my mobile and pushed me. My mobile is damaged. Who will give me the money for this loss? Very dirty hospital,no maintaining, very bad for patient party,lots of mosquito in side and out side the hospital

Out of all hospitals, Gandhi hospital is the worst of them. Last Friday I admited my mother-in-law in that hospital and after that I got too much bad experience from there. Too much dirty, this hospital doesn't have any cleaning stuff , one or two ladies only collect waste buckets and nothing more than that and also aya masis are good for nothing..! Nurses don't have any experience in takung care and proper hospitality, and most important thing there maximum number of doctors are new passed out, out of which one or two doctors may be experienced but most of the doctors aren't and have next to no knowledge in patients. This hospital is totally corrupted, and most of the hospital staff members misguide patient's health. I request to everyone not to go there. This hospital is currently running on a bad service provider zone.

This is the worst hospital of kalyani gandhi memorial. stuff behaviour very bad & cleaning nothing. specially @Dr. Arnab Roy don't know how to behave with patient & their family member. my opinion don't go there with a serious patient.
