Dr. Suraksha Diagnostics - Jalpaiguri

The staffs were very professional and cordial. The price of the tests could have been a slightly less. There should be a discount system/credit point system for frequent visitors and to lure new patients.

I am a foreigner and all the staff were lovely. They took care to make sure I understood what to do and where to go. I got a full body checkup (x-ray, ECG, blood/urine sample- 22 tests for 2500) and I was in and out in 1 hour. The waiting room is spacious and clean and I never had more than a 5 minute wait. I would recommend this lab to anyone who wants peace of mind and rapid service from start to finish.

Jalpaiguri Suraksha clinic is the worst franchise of Suraksha chain. I did book a stool routine test, which they took more than 48 hours to deliver the report after repeated calling & chasing them. The report given is also seems to be manipulated. Generally stool Routine test is done & report given in same day, Suraksha kolkata branch also does give report in same day, but the jalpaiguri clinic technician & management is worst they don't have any proper time management & priority to patients

Receptionist enforced me to feedback as a rate of 9 or 10 . It was very much disappointing for me . Staffs behave was very bad .

Staffs are cordial and well behaved. The facility also has oxygen support facility. Overall it's a good experience.

Over all experience was good but the draw back was that the front staff was very rude not willing to help or to speak properly.

Great experience. Went there to get covid vaccine. Polite stuffs, overall good arrangement and very fast also. Entire process was done in less than 20 mins.Overall satisfied and recommended as well.It is located on 1st floor of cosmos arcade.

Most of the reviews are fake and manipulated by staff and their relatives & friends. It's a genuine 2 star service overall. They are doing rigging during bookings for doctors, put their friends or relatives name in top 10 and call according to their biasness. Think twice or thrice before booking here for blood sample collection or doctor consultation. Hope they will look after this matter seriously and try to resolve these striking issues.
