Received a very good and pleasant service here. The staff were very helpful. The doctors listened carefully, took their time, and clearly explained what needs to be done. All the tests and other services were also excellent and affordable for everyone. Overall, I received very good service.

The clinic receptionist behaviour is very bad she can't co-operate with the patient properly always give lectures to all and take all decisions by herself without any doctor's permission.. she think that she is the decision maker & she is the owner of these clinic...... No needed to this clinic....

The Receptionist in the second floor thinks that she is the owner of this clinic, don't have the basic knowledge how to communicate with people.

Wrong Xray report(15/1/24)-Xray technician denied that report was wrong then I meet Dr.Sujoy Kundu ,he campare the plates& his prescripion & acknowldege the report was wrong &recitified report hasbeen dispatched me after 48 hours(which dispatched me within30 minutes) worst management, all are don't care mentality, worst experience - no wheel chair,no walker.no attendent.no elevator(lift),no stretcher wheel bed.only decoration.

various doctors are available in this chember. call to make appointment 3-4days ago. medicine shop is attacked to it. fully AC. clean well equiped toilet.
