A very good experience with great facilities. Totally air conditioning.... Good stuff, hospitable, humble. Treatment and care provided are very empathetic. Overall clean, immediate services, either cafeteria facility. A good place to have checked up my health.

Today ie 31/03/25 I have visited here for my ailing father's treatment, and after asking for several times for wheel chair assistance no one attended us. I personally told a housekeeping staff to accompanying us, but she denied, we have to make it for our own. Worst I can say.

My mom admited in this hospital for cancer treatment.Thanx to all medical oncology team and all sisters and brothers for care my mom properly.all staffs included doctors and nurses are good in behaviour and also polite nature.

I recently brought my father, Mr. Emran Hossain Chowdhury, from Bangladesh to Narayana Superspeciality Hospital Howrah for a critical coronary angioplasty procedure. As his attendant, I was deeply involved in every step of the journey--and I can confidently say that we received world-class care. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. David Rozario, whose exceptional skill and experience as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist made all the difference. My father underwent a complex IVUS-guided Rotational Atherectomy with cutting balloon angioplasty and multiple stents in the RCA (right coronary artery). The procedure was a complete success, with excellent TIMI-III flow and no complications. Post-procedure IVUS confirmed optimal stent expansion with no dissection or malapposition, which speaks volumes about the precision and care taken. We are also deeply thankful to Mr. Prasanta, Foreign Help Desk Manager, for his incredible support. From visa assistance to hospital coordination and daily guidance, he ensured a smooth experience throughout. His professionalism and kindness truly made us feel at home. Thanks to this team, my father is now on the road to recovery. Based on our experience and outcome, I can say the success rate of Narayana Hospital Howrah for complex cardiac procedures is extremely high, especially under the care of specialists like Dr. Rozario. Truly an excellent experience from Reception to health check up booking with priority service with full time assistance for testing one place to another. Moreover I have experienced the testing report online after some time in AAP service. The hospital has provided us with free foods with a special coupon system. Last but not least Service was Excellent and I will come here again for health check up purposes. Recommended for everyone to come and complete your health checkup

Please don't harass people unnecessarily and keep communication clear. I was told when I got admitted in emergency to collect my USG report from the department. I send my father to collect the report he was told first ask her to check the app if not received then collect from the department. A simple report, a piece of paper and clear communication was all that was needed. This should have been informed when I was discharged from emergency. Just a simple communication of installing and checking and app. Thank god my family signed the LAMA. Otherwise there wouldn't have been clear communication and the only solution would have been check the app.

Semi private room are good & clean but overall services could have been better.
