Dr. Narayana Hospital, Chunavati

I had a satisfactory overall experience at the hospital. The medical facilities were well-maintained, and the treatment provided was appropriate. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed to enhance patient care. The response time of the nursing staff can be improved, especially during urgent situations. At times, there was a noticeable delay in attending to patient needs. Additionally, more frequent visits by junior doctors would be helpful to monitor the patient's condition more closely and provide timely updates. With a little more focus on these aspects, the hospital can offer an even better and more reassuring experience to patients and their families.

Hospital service & environment is better than appollo kolkata, as i have visited 10 times in top 5 hospitals in Kolkata. But today i appriciate the behaviour of each hospitals staffs, all are very cooperative kind towards patients and its worried family members. Even road front tea shops person are well behaved. At your off time or waiting time, outside you can greet or treat the lalu bhulu dogs with buscuits, and black cow with bananas. They love it. Only 1 thing is negative here, the outside foods like rice or porota for day time food. You have to buy antacid after taking the foods outside, as i did. This hospital should have a canteen inside with fresh thali for the patients family. Outside food is so unhealthy. This hospitals hospitalty is 11 out of 10.

Most worst in lab service.. Precath profile and lipid profile test was done in 29 th july, lipid profile report is given but till today precath profile report is not given.. They said system is not working..how much days we have to wait....???? Is it the type quality service provided by this hospital????

Their facility is like a government owned rural hospital. They don't give hard copy of test reports. Their doctors view only physical copy. So you will have to buy two pages from their security then stand on the queue to print the same there after doctor will review the same. This is very shameful act by the authority. They are unnecessarily harassing the payments.

Excellent healthcare provider with high quality patient care at affordable cost

Overall very good experience..my father(patient) is very happy with the nursing care given, Dr.Deb was extremely cooperative, food provided was of good quality, cleanliness was super,billing and admission process was seamless. A big thankyou to all those staff who has contributed in making my father's recovery smooth.

Overall Excellent Service... Well mannered and Well Trained Nurses are available throughout the day and Each and every staff was cooperative... Got treated by Dr Shashank Shukla who was by far the most friendliest doctor ever seen

The process to get the print out and to sign part B is next to impossible here. The security person doesn't know about what is the part B of insurance company. I have visited there to sign the part b at 4pm but Dina das is not here and asked me to come on 14th. Is that a way to treat. I just want to give zero star here.
