Feedback / Complaint: I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Dr. Vijay Prakash Pandey. As a patient, I expected the doctor to listen attentively and provide proper guidance. However, during my first visit, he asked me to get some tests done within just a minute of seeing me, without even listening properly to my concerns. Today, when I went back with the reports, he simply said the reports were fine. When we asked, "Then why am I still feeling unwell?", his response was, "You can't expect to know everything in just one visit. Come back after a month." When I asked whether my weight is appropriate for my height, he replied bluntly, "I'm not a dietician." Such unhelpful and dismissive behavior is not acceptable from any professional doctor. He doesn't spend even 2 minutes per patient, yet charges 1350. Across two visits, he gave me only 4 minutes of his time. Overall, I feel he is an irresponsible and inconsiderate doctor who shows no empathy towards patients or their concerns. I am completely dissatisfied, and I am sharing this feedback so that others are aware before choosing to consult him.

Worst Experience with this Doctor, I had visited him with my father who is a heart patient. He did not even bother to sit and discuss the case with us. He charges fees just to refer another Doctor on his letter head. Seems he would take the referral commission from him. Please do not visit him for consultation, It would be a pure waste of time

As a Dr. I don't have any doubt about his capability. My whole family - my mother, father were under treatment under him since long. But now a days I felt he became money minded and trying to keep hold patients rather guiding them with timely suggestion. I brought my uncle for treatment under him. Though he observed that heart pumping capability of my uncle was very low and that could be dangerous, still he didnt feel to share this info. with us. After we met Dr., my uncle got expired within a month. Then when I went to Dr. and conveyed the same msg., he was so casual and I was shocked when he replied "it has to happen with such poor heart pumping condition". Then I further asked him, if this was so serious then why didnt you bother to inform the same (criticality and seriousness) to his family then they would have tried with better options and care. He again shocked me by his response with anger "Are you trying to point on me behind his death". I felt he could be a good Dr. but not a good human any more rather money earner like any other common Dr. in the list.
