Dr. The O2 Hospitals

The doctor supposed to be on time I had an appointment today for general sergeon Dr. Rubal ganguly and the doctor is more than 2 hour late the doctor thinks they are the king the can came any time whenever they want and the petients are like servent they have no choice instead of waiting. The owner need to be fixed this kind of activity as soon as possible otherwise o2 could lose more customers(patient).I mean what I will recommend others if someone ask me for a good hospital if I have this kind of experience. Very disappointed

I thought The hospital is very good but , when i was went for the test , the behaviour and management of hospital staff issue very bad , i never see such type of behavior and management , i think small diagnostic centre are much better than this faltu hospital
